The NCNC Regional Club includes members from the following areas and counties in Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin:

State of Illinois including counties of:

Boone, Bureau, Carroll, Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Grundy, Henderson, Jo Davies, Kane, Kankakee, Kendall, Knox, Lee, LaSalle, Lee, McHenry, Marshall, Mercer, Ogle, Putnam, Rock Island, Stark, Stephenson, Warren, Will, Winnebago, Whiteside.

State of Iowa:

East of Instersate Highway 35, excluding the city of Des Moines.

All State of Wisconsin, excluding counties of:

Dougles, Bayfield, Washburn, Burnett, Polk, Sawyer, Rusk, Chippewa, Barron, St Croix, Dunn, Pierce and Eau Claire.
