Session #5: Fit Clinic

Who can participate?

This session is available to handlers who participated as a working team in session 3 or 4 and dogs that are already comfortably pulling the apparatus that you would like us to help you with.

Overview

For anyone who has already tried to set up their cart to the best of their ability, and discovered they need help, we will be at your disposal for an hour at the end of the workshop weekend. If, during the course of the workshop, you realize you would like to improve your setup, we are also available to help. Prior registration is not necessary for this session. There may not be time to perfect your setup, but we will be at your disposal for the entire hour and will help as much as we can during that time.

What to Bring

Harness, apparatus, hardware kit, extra parts, scissors, duct tape or zip ties. It’s also a good idea to bring a tripod and to take video so you can reference the process later. A notebook is also helpful for writing down information you want to remember later.
